The property had heating available which is something we haven’t come across before when booking stays in Crescent Head.

− When we arrived at the property, we accessed it via the lockbox (as you normally would). When we continued along inspecting the property, it was apparent that every other door in the house was unlocked and accessible from the street. The house was also not clean like any other property we’ve rented in Crescent Head; rugs were heavily stained, there was a serious ant problem in the kitchen that we had to address to keep our food edible, toilets were not clean, the property didn’t appear to have been vacuumed. We hope the cleaning fee we were charged may be put to better use for the next people who stay there. It also would have been great to have more pictures of the property prior to booking, and having seen homes with gates on the stairways (such as Barrels), this would be a great addition to the house to make it safe for families and young children to stay here in the future.
