Best caravan we've ever had to date
10.0Very nice and big spacious caravan, had everything needed for our stay, beds where the best beds iv ever slept in when staying away from home. All communication was exceptional. Couldn't fault the caravan 1 bit. I'd personally just say if your wanting to add personal touches a few cheap board games would be lovely 😍
− Only part I didn't like was it was quite far from main complex which was lovely and quite but for me with my disabilities the walk was difficult but thats just for me personally

Very lovely little escape
8.0Very clean and comfy, with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Keys were easy to find with the code provided. Once we learned where it was it was easy to get to and from. Two TVs and freeview was great, and the heating worked really well. Was a great base for a day trip to Kent Life which is what we were in the area to see, and the kids loved cycling around the park, as well as using the facilities like swimming etc. Bear in mind this is a private booking within the Haven park, so things like swimming etc aren’t included and cost extra (speak with the Haven reception)
− Only a few things I could improve: Lack of any soap or hand towels, and only 1 loo roll across two toilets, made the first night a bit awkward, and a shame to have to buy all that stuff the next morning just for a 2 night stay. There was no wifi - park WiFi didn’t seem to reach. Heating instructions would have been appreciated but I figured it out! Some clearer instructions to get there would be good - the map given was very blurry and we got lost (we arrived when it was dark).
