Close to boat terminal but didn’t feel like a very safe place to stay.

Calvin was the very best thing about this property. He met us at the ferry terminal, checked us in, advised us of local restaurants, took us to the airport at 5:30am. The man was gold.

− We didn’t feel particularly safe. The door locks were not secure. There is no one on the property that is owners Jenny or Karen. I certainly wouldn’t recommend for a solo traveller. The bathroom smelt terrible. We booked a tv to watch the World Cup football and it didn’t work.

Eigentlich ist hier nur die Lage gut.

− Es ist nie jemand vor Ort und wir wie alle anderen Gäste warten stundenlang oder kommen nur zufällig an die Schlüssel. In der sogenannten „Küche“ gibt es nicht nur keinen Herd, sondern auch kaum Geschirr und fast kein Besteck.

Un apartamento sencillo, cómodo, a 100 mts del puerto de embarque para la zona insular. Muy amables los anfitriones. Buena relación calidad- precio.

It was close to the ferry

− The office is never open. They don't communicate with you at all about that and there's no sign or way to know what your supposed to do. They send a random guy to "check you in" but he doesn't have access to the office and has no idea what room you booked. So you have to tell him. Because the office is never open you have to pay this man in cash. He forgot to give me keys to the rental for a while so it was just unlocked for a few hours till he remembered. The lock is sticky and is very hard to open and close. They have a sign up saying you cannot leave the ac on during the day while your gone. That's fine I get that. I was out all day and I forgot. I recieved a message saying that I would be charged a fee, which is fine. But when I told them I would not be back till the following morning and I would not be able to shit the ac off. Just so they know and didn't have to message me again about a fee. They told me that they were going to have "a guy" break the lock on my window and shut it off. I told them I would not be paying for a broken window fee and they agreed. But I suppose they had a man break into my room with my belongings to shut off the ac because it was off when I got back in the morning. The shower in this place only has cold water in it and the toilet barely flushes. Between the horrible service and terrible conditions. I would not recomend ANYONE stay here. For the amount they charge it should be WAY nicer. I am beyond angry at the unprofessional conduct of this place.
