8.0The apartment is part of a new house, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a place from which it is easy to reach the city center.
− There are no stairs or at least a safety railing to make it easier to get to the apartment in the winter when the access and ascent to the apartment is covered in frozen, slippery ice. That's why I didn't give the apartment a higher score.
