A very comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay.

Close to the island and downtown area. The property was beautiful and the design was modern. The owners were pleasant and easy to work with.

− The BBQ was not working and not repaired during our stay. The kitchen lacked sufficient pots and pans for cooking.

Property owner canceled the day of reservation with no notice. Still waiting on refund and credit. Booking.com has me pay full price for a different property and only future travel credit was offered instead of a refund even though my trip was disrupted by property owner.

So clean and comfortable. Great view of the lake. Modern kitchen. Enjoyed the pool. Washing machine and dryer were excellent. Elevator available. Very quiet location and close to the Main Street. I would love to return here. I have visited Lake Havasu City for over 20 years from the UK, this was one of the best. Ian
