8.0Close to the island and downtown area. The property was beautiful and the design was modern. The owners were pleasant and easy to work with.
− The BBQ was not working and not repaired during our stay. The kitchen lacked sufficient pots and pans for cooking.

9.0So clean and comfortable. Great view of the lake. Modern kitchen. Enjoyed the pool. Washing machine and dryer were excellent. Elevator available. Very quiet location and close to the Main Street. I would love to return here. I have visited Lake Havasu City for over 20 years from the UK, this was one of the best. Ian
