− Huis was erg vochtig, koud en kil. In de hele flat waren slechts 2 appartementen bewoond van de ongeveer 40 appartementen. Verwarming was airco, maar ontoereikend. Gebouw was vochtig. Balkon donker/hoge rand. Je kon niet zittend naar buiten kijken
