− Pathetic location, service, staff,room . Not refunded our valuable money after cancelation. Unhappy with hotel

4.0− Hotel was very steep downside. Images shown by hotel are different. Its was feeling like staying in lodge. Dont book just looking at images and reviews. Bcos i had booked this hotel after reading reviews but nothing feels like as in that reviews may be crafted

6.0− Property is located downhill, so you need to trek a bit to reach. If you are travelling with your parents then please don't book this place at all
Tough weekend at Mussoorie
4.0Hotel staff friendly, they brought towel and bottled water at check-in. Roof was not leaking and there was water in bathroom.
− Door not sealed - lot of noise early morning to late evening. Balcony door not sealed, wind was blowing into room. No toilet paper. No clean bed sheets. Indian style.
One time stay was good , not recommended for family kids and senior citizen. Also car parking is too steep and hard to r

− The location was troublesome. Not good for family stay. Its located downhill but coming up to the library chowk was a pain.
