8.0The house was great, close to the beach, enough space for everyone very well equipped kitchen.
− We were three years ago at Karinya and still the same little problems; no lock inside the bathrooms, clothes hang rail missing in wardrobe also every night was cockroaches coming up in living and kitchen area needs urgently a pest control.

8.0Good, clean, comfortable accommodation a walk from the beach. Communication over the phone was great. They were accommodating with a last minute request for a cot. They had everything we need - washing machine and dryer, spare beach towels, planty or linen etc.
− Communications by email could be improved. The room upstairs was stiflingly hot when we arrived. Fortunately opening the windows and letting some breeze through helped, as did spare fan.
The house was excellent and the area is great for a family holiday.
9.0Nice spacious home, which allowed some separation of guests to sleep (as we had 2 infants with us!! ) It was well stocked with kitchen items, including bottle of wine, and nice bathroom products, plus towels/beach towels etc.
− Couldnt get the key to open the front door! Finally did manage to do it but were worried about locking ourselves out. However Jervis Bay Rentals got the locksmith out very promptly and the damaged lock was soon fixed. The fence at the entrance to the driveway is very narrow, which made reversing in or out of drive a touch tricky.
