10.0My father recently stayed at Midtown Baku from July 17th to July 24th, traveling all the way from the State of Israel, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. Rarely have we encountered such a perfect combination of luxury and genuine hospitality. He stayed in a gorgeous suite, and magnificent was the sea view that opened up right from his window every single morning. Not only was the room stunningly spacious, but immaculately clean was it kept by the flawless housekeeping team throughout his entire stay. The included breakfast was absolutely excellent, offering a wonderful variety of delicious options. What truly touched our hearts, though, was how incredibly well he was looked after. Seldom do you find a staff so attentive, warm, and deeply caring. Thank you, Midtown Baku, for making my father’s stay so unforgettable. We will definitely choose your hotel again!

10.0We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Midtown Hotel! We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located just a short walk from the city center, which gave us the perfect balance: close enough to enjoy everything the city has to offer, while still being able to relax away from the crowds whenever we wanted. The hotel itself is excellent: very clean, beautifully maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. But above all, the service was truly exceptional. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to Zumrud, who did everything she could to help us when we needed to contact our airline. She even checked on us after we had already left the hotel to make sure everything was okay. Her kindness and dedication meant so much to us. Thank you as well to Samir, Yusif, and the wonderful chef. You all made us feel at home, and that is something we will always remember. We wish all of you nothing but happiness and success. Thank you for making our stay so special!
