Buona posizione.

− Molte criticità: condizionatori che scaricano in bacinelle o direttamente sul balcone e quindi al piano di sotto con conseguenti lamentele, uno dei bagni scarica continuamente ed è collegato a una sorgente di acqua bollente; ci si ritrova ad avere la stanza piena di vapore maleodorante e i servizi non utilizzabili (acqua bollente anche da doccia, lavabo e bidet). Cabine doccia malandate, cadono a pezzi. Pulizia sommaria, specialmente negli spazi comuni (molta polvere). Biancheria con evidenti segni di usura (lenzuola ingrigite e con diverse puntinature scure). Si vede che stanno facendo e hanno fatto molto per rendere l’appartamento accogliente, ma c’è tantissima strada da fare. Mancano sedie in cucina e nelle stanze, la mancanza dell’ascensore andrebbe comunicata meglio.
