8.0Entorno com a vida selvagem. Sensação de segurança, um jantar muito gostoso e o café da manhã super agradável.
− O atendimento inicial deu preferência a um hóspede mau educado, que passou na nossa frente no atendimento. Os recepcionistas precisam ter um melhor atenção. O mais atencioso foi o Sr do portão. Após o checkout não nos deram o ticket carimbado de saída. Voltamos da entrada principal e uma das recepcionistas nos disse que o ticket seria fornecido somente após o checkout... Mas fizemos o checkout. Como disse, falta de atenção.

− Barulho. Ficamos em uma unidade próxima a receptação e tinha muitos hóspedes passando e crianças correndo o tempo todo. Não tivemos privacidade para descasar direito. Muito barulho. Demais tudo ok.

7.0Amei a piscina aquecida e todo o espaço das quadras e jardim. O hotel é muito bonito, porém achei os funcionários um pouco estressados com muita coisa para fazer, o porteiro é muito fofo e simpático. Adorei o café da manhã, maravilhoso.
