1.0The navigation to the hotel was easy. The property was an old one so beautiful decor and Sahil and Sushant were very helpful and polite with us.
− The property needs proper ventilation as Shimla is not a colder place throughout the year hence there should be fans in each room so that if guests need it they can use it… it was so suffocating in the room due to heat and if we open all glass windows then it will be flies and mosquitoes in the room which is another problem. There were two flies in the room which constantly irritated us. The carpets were very dirty. The staff on the reception front desk was very rude who takes care of the checkin.

− Due to Water issues in Washroom specially in early morning we face lot of issues. We need to go and inform hotel staff and then they do some arrangements

7.0The location was good and breakfast was also good.
− The facilities provided in room was not up to the standards.Kettle cover was broken.Wifi was not working properly and the cleanliness was also not up to the mark.I was experiencing problem such as toilet seat cover was not fixed it was broken, jet was not working properly, Fan was not working.Additionally when i asked staff no one was paying any attention and for 2 days and nights my issues remained unresolved.I am not happy with the services as they were not like that for which i paid.
