1.0The location and hot tub
− We were harassed by the hosts on two separate occasions. They communicated from their balcony in a rude and aggressive tone, violating the privacy of accomodation, accusing us of indecency for having a guest for few hours without informing them. despite there being no prior warning or mention of this rule. This incident left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. The rule about not having additional visitors was never mentioned prior to our arrival or on booking.com,and was only communicated orally by the hosts during their harassment. As we were not informed about this rule during the booking process, it was unreasonable for the hosts to enforce it without warning. We have decided to leave earlier than our checkout due to the frustration caused.
