Soggiorno in famiglia a Parma, mah!

L'immobile molto curato nei particolari, mobili nuovi e attrezzatura da cucina nuova e molto pulita. La gentilezza e la professionalità della proprietaria molto apprezzata.

− Purtroppo le uniche 2 finestre affacciano in un cortile interno, (la finestra del bagno è meglio non descriverla) quindi la luce naturale è quasi inesistente, purtroppo lo stato dell' ingresso era molto scarso con dei cassonetti maleodoranti. anche in casa si avverte un forte odore di chiuso o stantio dato anche dalle mura di un palazzo storico, il tutto risulta essere un ambiente claustrofobico. Il materasso del divano letto molto scadente. durante la notte per più di un ora (dalle 03:00 alle 04:00) un misterioso rumore tipo ventola accesa ci ha tenuti praticamente svegli.

letto e cuscini sono davvero comodi e confortevoli. bagno piccolo ma ben strutturato. l'ambiente è curato e piacevole.

− il tema della luce ha una sua importanza. ci sono due finestre, una da su una bocca di lupo che è un ritrovo di colombi che si fanno sentire 24h al giorno, la finestra della camera invece da su un cortile interno che è un piccolo affaccio e non fa entrare molta luce. da segnalare che l'acqua calda in doccia funziona al contrario

Hébergement agréable et très propre. Logement bien situé pour visiter les monuments de la ville (et non loin de la gare). Communication avec la propriétaire très facile et efficace pour l'enregistrement.
