− Shower was broken and take the deposit and never give back! For wifi password asked twice or thrice then I got

8.0Excellent location, on main route, close to train station, good choice of takeaway options
− To not have burglar alarm going off on arrival, police arriving. Key left in main door. Maybe an air purifier as close to traffic. Outdoor stairs quite treacherous, but it is an old building. Having to phone for lock box code, was told email had been sent, but it never arrived. Would maybe benefit from a chair in the room.

7.0A spacious ensuite room just a 10 minute walk from Gourock Station. Checking in using the lockbox was simple and the communication beforehand was great. The room had water, tea and coffee and a smart TV. Great for one night in Gourock for a work event and good value.
− The noise from the nearby trainline and people using the microwave in the hallway quite late kept me up a bit. Although the bedsheets and shower etc were clean, the room could use a deep clean to get rid of some cobwebs, carpet stains and lint on the decorative throw and pillows.
