3.0The location is perfect. Beautiful view. Property nice and spacious.
− Wasn’t clean, oven was very dirty. Both toilets were leaking, fridge were smelling like rotten fish, bed lights not working, soap dish in shower loose. The maintenance has not been kept up to date. There should be written instruction on how to use the oven and washing machine. It could be a nice place if it was maintained.

4.0The view is amazing, fantastic location
− We booked during the blistering summer time, the aircon was not working. There was a little fan in the one bedroom only. It was very uncomfortable. The TV didn't work.
Great place to unwind and refresh.
8.0The area is close to a mall which made it easy to sort ourselves out with everything we needed, it was peaceful and safe, as much as the property changed hands few weeks before we arrived the new owner made sure that we were comfortable, she understood even when we checked in before time and she wasn't aware of our request, bless her.
− The aircons were not working and the pool was not clean kids couldn't swim, we can't blame the new owner for this however the previous owner was supposed to alert us especially the aircon as it was one of the main factors we chose that place.
It was too unsafe, filthy and unhygienic to stay longer than 15 minutes.
1.0It had a view that was sadly overshadowed by the unhygienic state
− It was absolutely filthy, unhygienic, unsafe and not maintained. We were unable to stay there. We reported with 10 minutes that it was unlivable and returned the key. Still no refund at all. Just excuses and stories.
