We enjoyed the location and appreciated the coffee bar.

− We were here for 4 days and then going on a cruise. I specifically booked this unit because we needed to be able to do laundry before going on the cruise. The afternoon before we were scheduled to leave, we were able to do one load and then the dryer would not work leaving us with no towels for the next morning and only one load of our laundry done. We ended up having to go to a laundromat so we could have towels and our clothes washed and dried. I contacted the booking person and asked for compensation for this and was told since we were able to do the one load of laundry at the townhouse that there would be no compensation. This left a bad impression for me because of the lack of compassion and how insensitive they were to the situation. It really put us in a bind trying to get our laundry done and their towels done.

Nice, clean place but doesn’t have air conditioning

Nicely appointed unit in a nice neighborhood. Nice deck and great selection of coffee

− The unit does not have air conditioning and it was unbearably hot at night. Host required us to strip beds and clean/ put away all dishes and garbage out, was pushy about rating review

Property was clean, kitchen seemed to have everything you might need to cook, however we did not cook. If you can’t do

Quiet neighborhood, had some games and puzzles, place was clean, plenty of sleeping room in the three bedrooms.

− No bathroom downstairs, leaving your shoes and coat in the coat room, left them cold, had a heater in that area, but didn’t seem to be working or if it was it wasn’t putting out enough heat.
