− Terrible bed, half done inside. Noisy neighbours talking all night in hot weather so we had to shut windows. Awful

1.0The location was ideal for what I originally booked it for. Heading for a cruise the following day out of Southampton docks.
− I was allocated room 4 on the first floor. This room was like an oven even though a room fan had been provided. For some reason, the fan did not circulate any of the still air!! It seems the fan had been assembled incorrectly and was sucking the air towards it! This can be confirmed by the amount of dust that was on the front grill! I survived in the room for a couple of hours before I could stand it no more and I checked out. I went down the road and paid for an air conditioned room in the holiday inn!! A radio or a TV in the room would have been useful. The window blind did nothing to block out the sunshine as it did not cover the whole window! 🤷🏻
