5.0We stayed at this hotel for four nights, and unfortunately our experience was ruined by what appeared to be a bed bug infestation. After the first night, I noticed several bites, but each following morning there were more and more. By the end of our stay, I had numerous painful and extremely itchy bites all over my body. The timing made the situation even worse. My wedding was just one week after this trip, and instead of enjoying the excitement before such an important day, I was dealing with painful bites and a lot of stress. After returning to Lithuania, I had to go to the hospital to begin treatment as soon as possible. This was a very distressing experience and something no guest should have to go through. I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and thoroughly inspects and treats the rooms to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problem. I have attached photos of my bites to support my review.
