9.0Vera and her staff go out of their way to make your stay great. Breakfast and supper were delicious, the spa lovely and everything was very comfortable, stylish and modern.
− The bedroom was a little stuffy and our terrace partly looked out over the hotel car parking area. I think all the other houses had better views?

10.0A beautiful place to spend a couple of nights. The plunge pool/spa was a great way to spend an afternoon after being out in the heat all day. We ordered dinner through the chalet which made for a perfect evening in. The breakfast was really tasty with a lot of food.
Avoid this hotel. Rooms are not as described. It's run by a rude manager. Not worth the money.
3.0The size of the room was good.
− The facilities and features are not as described. The manager is rude and dishonest. The room description says there is a bath, a swimming pool and a hot tub. There was no bath, no swimming pool, and only a small hot tub with brown dirty filters (see pictures). Despite saying on the hotel description there are two swimming pools and a wellness centre, this was not the case. The property highlights include 2 swimming pools and wellness Centre. And also Mountain Views. There was no 'Wellness Centre' for us to use, and no swimming pool. A hot tub yes, but a small hot tub is NOT the same as a swimming pool, despite the manager shouting at us that we "had a swimming pool". Some rooms have a sauna, but not all, a sauna in some rooms is NOT 'wellness centre'. There were no mountain views, as per the hotel and room description. The mountains could be seen in the far away distance but beyond a building site with a caravan (see pictures of the view from the room (see picture). We wanted to love this hotel and were genuinely excited to arrive and to meet Vera. But the room was not at all what we expected or described. We spoke to the manager who shouted at us. Travelling with two children, we felt threatened, so left the hotel. We are currently trying to claw back our hotel payment, and in legal discussions. We checked into a nearby hotel for 25% of the cost with direct views of mountains right outside from our bedroom window. Avoid this hotel, it's smoke and mirrors, run by a dishonest manager and not worth the money.
