7.0La surface de l'appartement, la propreté, la terrasse, la tranquillité, la vue sur mer, présence de tous les produits d'entretien .
− Four à micro onde qui tourne mais qui ne chauffe pas du tout, sèche- linge déclaré en panne sur une feuille collée dessus et pas de pince pour accrocher le linge, écoulements du lavabo et de la douche très compliqués, pas d'eau chaude à l'évier, four avec des boutons qui restent dans les mains, pas de produits de base pour la cuisine ( sel, poivre, huile et vinaigre)

− Appt pas propre. Machine à laver sale , caoutchouc noir. Pas d eau chaude à la cuisine. Lave vaisselle et micro ondes défectueux, ils ne fonctionnent pas. Canapé sale et défoncé.
