Well designed villa -perfect for big family or friend groups.
10.0Interior is superb, lots of kitchen appliances so easy to make food at home. Private street, not much of traffic outside. Each room has a A/C
− Nothing about property, but there is a mountain close to it, and if its a little bit cloudy, the cloud stays around it, and hides the sun (its only for sun bathing). If you drive few miles aways, then its totaly sunny, and you can see from distance that all the clouds stay around the mountain 😁
Good to know
1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
