Logement très bien situé. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de la propriétaire ainsi que le nombre de serviettes mises à disposition.

− En revanche, le mobilier est un peu vieillissant. Des rideaux occultants et un micro-ondes seraient un vrai plus pour améliorer le confort.

Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist ihre Lage. In zwei Minuten ist man am Strand von Famara oder im Dorf. Auch mit dem Auto ist man gut unterwegs, da man überall kostenlos parken kann. Um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen, muss man einige Treppenstufen hinaufsteigen. Für uns war das kein Problem, aber wenn man verletzt ist oder in der Mobilität eingeschränkt ist, sollte man das wissen.

− Die Wohnung ist gerade so ausgestattet, dass man sich dort über Wasser halten kann; sie gibt nicht mit Alltagsgegenständen an: ein Küchentuch, ein Müllsack, zwei Rollen Toilettenpapier… Das Internet funktioniert nur mäßig, und in der Wohnung herrscht ein ständiges Gefühl von Feuchtigkeit, vor allem in den Schränken.

− I booked Casa Rosa believing it was a three‑bedroom apartment, which turned out not to be the case. Communication with the owner regarding check‑in was poor and unclear. According to the house rules, parties are not allowed and quiet hours apply from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. However, the residents living downstairs were very loud, staying up late at night, shouting and making noise, and these rules did not seem to apply to them—only to guests staying at Casa Rosa. The apartment was not suitable for four people. There was no proper sleeping place for everyone, so one person had to sleep on the sofa. There were also too few towels for four guests, and no place in the house to dry them. Cleanliness was below an acceptable standard. The floor was extremely dirty, and overall the apartment did not feel well maintained. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There were no basic items such as salt, pepper, oil, or olive oil. The listing photos showed a welcome pack, but nothing like this was provided. There were also no cleaning products at all—only one kitchen cloth, which is not sufficient. The apartment does not feel homely or comfortable in any way. The terrace had only two sun loungers, a small table, and nothing else. Chairs would have been useful, as not everyone wants or is able to lie down. The price was too high for the conditions offered. Additionally, the Wi‑Fi did not work throughout the entire apartment, which caused problems for me as I needed a stable connection for work.

− Un rideau occultant manque dans une des chambres, Qqs couverts en plus en cuisine seraient top.

Très bel appartement, propre et bien situé. J'ai apprecié de pouvoir garer mon vehicule facilement, la proximité des commerces et de la plage.

− Il manquait de la vaisselle, trop peu de mugs, de couverts.
