− It was dirty , Even they didn’t know that we have booked the room, No one is there to attend. The property was not reachable as the car was stuck in mud.

9.0Peace and quiet away from the hussle. A real nature retreat, but only 20 mins from Hampi. Super staff and excellent food.
Wonderful stay to relax in the wild, beautiful for sunsrise and sunset. Country life at its best!
8.0Breakfast and dinner are provided and they are just awesome, we really liked it. After we came back from city tour, we could relax and just see Sunset, birds and river around the property. Its a wholesome experience. Place is also decently maintained.
− The place is slightly away from city hence all facilities might not seem available at the snap of finger like the cities. But I wanted to experience the wild and rivers and farms and sunrise and sunset hence I liked the place. We looked forward to getting back and relaxing at this place.

Exceptional
10.0Place was awesome. People were exceptional. Manager Sreenivasa, and support staff Lakshman and other guy. They are too good people, didn't say no to anything. They were at service even till 2 a.m. without any hesitation. This was the best part.
