Verschrikkelijk accomodatie op een verloederd park.
1.0De locatie. Park ligt mooi verborgen in de natuur.
− De villa wordt aangeboden als een Deluxe Villa en daar betaal je voor Maleisische begrippen echt een vermogen voor. Deze villa is echt totaal uitgeleefd. Airco’s werken niet naar behoren. Meubels zijn stuk en beschadigd. Plinten vallen van de muren af. Schuifdeuren om de kamers binnen te komen gaan moeilijk open, vallen uit de rails of sluiten helemaal niet meer. Rekjes en plankjes in de badkamer allemaal scheef en de keuken was echt ontzettend smerig. Alles zat onder de vlekken, liepen allemaal ongedierte en op meerdere plekken zat schimmel. De keukentafel en stoelen waren allemaal kapot. Dode kakkerlakken in de woonkamer. De foto’s die overal getoond worden zijn minstens 10 jaar oud. Het hele park is erg slecht onderhouden. Veel leegstaande woningen die niet meer verhuurd worden. Kapotte elektra op het park. Etc etc.

General nice and I will defiantly return if they do maintenance of the rooms
4.0The breakfast was excellent many options to choose from. The nature around is super nice beautiful and very peaceful. The landscape looks nice and maintained 5* to the gardener :-)
− The maintenance of the area and rooms is VERY poor the rooms haven't seen maintenance for years - the water drainage was clogged and main door couldn't close unless you locked the door. In general the rooms need a major overall touchup then they could actually increase the room price. My poor rating is based out from a maintenance point of view.
Good to know
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
Please be informed of the closure of our main mountain springs pool/cool pool. The date to be open is still pending until further notice. However, other facilities are open (hot pool, kids' wet playground, private jacuzzi, food stall and accommodations).
