1.0− The advertisement for the house is cleaner than the house itself. Broken flush, messy sinks, heater doesn't work, a television on the first floor not working, torn down couch, stoves are there for decorations because none of the appliances work except for the kettle. Staircase everywhere, not advisable for elderly. Drain on the entrance floods. Bathroom locks are a miracle to operate. The house was dirty, and they told me that they would be sending cleaners, but no one came. You can't lock the balcony. Bed sizes are not as advertised. Unresponsive agent. Water changes colours from clear to yellowish, and the request to swap for another house is not entertained. For a house that is advertised for RM 2,2XX.XX is not worthy, the maintenance is very bad. BOOKING.COM shouldn't recommend these places.
