1.0Sår. Otrevlig. Oartig personal rummet var skit badrummet kunde man inte röra sid för att det var 40x40 cm.mögel I badrummet. Totalt osorterade mellan rummet skit personal skit hotel mycket mycket fatigue frukost smutsig hittar inget mer ord för att beskriva om det skit hållet personal lura gäster om allt
− Allt rubbet vandrarhem är mycket bättre än den skit hotel

Good location near Taksim Square, but disappointing service, breakfast, and room experience.
2.0The location was great, within walking distance of Taksim Square, with plenty of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The room was reasonably clean.
− Disappointing stay overall. Getting large luggage up the stairs from the street to the lobby is a hassle, and the lift is very small. The room did not match the pictures, which showed a king-size bed and a single bed, but I was given two single beds instead. The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, making me feel like a nuisance when asking simple questions. Taxis also do not drop you directly at the entrance, which is inconvenient with luggage. There was a strong cigarette smell in the room, and the breakfast was poor, with terrible orange juice, no food labels, and the same limited selection every day. Very bad internet speed, netflix was buffering the whole time. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not stay here again.
Overall I likes the hotel, reason I changed was because I needed a pool and spa to relax end of day.
5.0Location, staff, room very clean, staff very helpful and good breakfast.
− Small bathroom and didn’t like the spa area at all. No lounge to sit around. It’s very small.
