− WiFi is very hit and miss but I guess tricky in the remote location It was not easy to order cold drinks at the pool. We had to search for staff to help with this.

10.0Diar Illi is just the perfect escape. The place is calm, clean and simply beautiful. Staff are lovely and always helpful and the food is abundant and amazing! It was my third stay there and I will come back!

10.0Fantastisch hotel , uur vanaf marrakech, kregen een upgrade naar bungalow , op het einde van onze reis teruggegaan vanwege locatie , zwembaden, tuinen en prachtige omgeving. Dineren was er ook heerlijk, beste van onze reis
− Het terrasmeubilair was verouderd / niet comfortabel / stuk . In ons geval niet erg ivm korting/upgrade , maar in die prijsklasse ontoelaatbaar.

8.0We got a nice upgrade to the private bungalow with magnificent view over the valley. Staff is very helpful but it appeared to us that the management is not very adequate to rescue the situation when necessary. In our case a TV set that doesnt work and caused problems with the electricity network in the bungalow.
− The management should take more control when needed. Dont leave everything to the staff personel.
