Great location and close to everything

The villa were very nice and comfortable, It had everything we needed in it. The rooms were nice and big also with two lovely bathrooms. After the first night we were all roasting and I asked the host for fans, to which 3 were delivered then next morning with no issues. The owner did inform us of roadworks happening outside the villa just before our stay and offered a refund if we wanted to go else where. The works should be completed in the coming weeks but overall we loved the villa and location to the beach, shops and main strip.

− The roadworks caused alot of noise disturbance, dust and and found we couldn't use the hot tub during 2 or 3 of the days due to work right outside the fence. Also if anyone has reduced mobility the ground was very unstable in parts. Alot of cockroaches around also, could be due to roadworks Im not sure. All of this should be completed in the coming weeks but overall we loved the villa and location to the beach, shops and main strip.

The location would have been great if it weren't for the construction and the entire street being closed.

− The house was not clean, even when owner sent cleaning team, they did nothing as soon as we left the house, they left it as well as it was - Dirty, and later at night cockroaches appeared

La situación. Qué se canceló la instancia y me devolvieron el dinero, pero claro tuve que realizar una nueva reserva rápidamente

− Estaba toda la calle en obras, apenas podíamos entrar, tenían que advertirlo, la verdad y en honor a la verdad, se canceló al día siguiente de la entrada ya que la propiedad lo facilitó, en cuanto a la vivienda le falta actualizarse, es una pena porque es una propiedad estupenda para poder disfrutar unos días de vacaciones

Location is great, 5 mins from beach & old town. Hot tub worked well.

− Property is in a bad state of maintenance, black mould in wardrobes & around ceilings, en suite smelt of the drains and inherent mould damage. Bathroom ceiling leaked as rain was running down the internal wall and onto the floor tiles. Soft furnishings and bedding felt damp. There is no ventilation in the villa apart from the windows which you can’t keep open when it’s gale force wind & rain. Part of the facia board fell off as it’s completely rotten. This is far from a ‘luxury’ villa we booked.

Big well equipped house in a perfect location. Great for divers too!

We loved the size and location of Casa Tiati, it is perfectly located between the harbour/old town and the main strip, but really close to all the shops, bars and restaurants as well as the lovely beach at Playa Chica. As we are scuba divers it was perfect as the dive shops and beach are close by, and the large terrace with drying racks was great for drying our dive gear at the end of the day. The house has all the facilities you would want, with a large well equipped kitchen and comfortable sofas. The beds were also comfy and the sun beds outside perfect for lounging. Fernando was very communicative and helpful with his photos and videos of how everything works. Many thanks!

− In the main bedroom there was a bit of a noise whenever anyone uses a tap or toilet, and there is some damp in the wardrobes. The outside could do with some maintenance as it’s looking a bit tatty and some wood is rotten. It didn’t impact on our stay but could be remedied.
