It was clean + comfortable + functionable . Lounge area was good ..

− Bedroom out dated , didnt have any curtains , picture was water stained + would benefit from new pillows ..

− We arrived and the apartment hadn't been cleaned, there were wet towels in the bathroom, dirty bedding and a bin bag of rubbish in the kitchen and no toilet roll. These are the absolute basics you expect when renting a property. We complained and a cleaner dropped around some clean towels and bedding since it was late at night and said they would return the following day to clean properly, but this never happened. We were so disappointed to return and it hadn't been done. I am pregnant and we had our toddler with us so staying in a dirty apartment was not nice! Guesthoo (management co.) said it was a miscommunication with the cleaner AGAIN but she wasn't able to return until day 3. We hadn't properly unpacked so they could clean, and we had to stay with bedding and towels in the corners of rooms. By this point we were fed up and it was only a 3 day trip so we said don't bother. They told us we would be compensated but have been very slow to respond and we still haven't received a fair offer of compensation for the stress they caused on our short holiday away from home.

A clean, cosy apartment with stunning views over Westward Ho! and a short walk to the town and sea.

The apartment is very comfortable, especially considering its compact size, as well as clean and homely. The views from the bedroom are exceptional; it's possible to see virtually all of Westward Ho! from there. The location is also fantastic, with roughly a 5-10-minute walk to the town/sea.

The flat was well equipped and the views were superb

− We were nor given enough information about the facilities when we booked it. We had to climb two flights of stairs to get to the flat which was very difficult for my husband who has walking problems. The one double bed was quite small and was pushed against a wall on one side and a wardrobe on the other so very difficult to get in and out of the bed.l
