With A/ C in the living areas it would be a perfect family villa

The pool was lovely , bedrooms excellent with A/C . The view was amazing . Outside space really good , cleaning lady /service was exceptional as was the pool cleaning . Sunbeds comfortable , towels really nice . Beds comfortable, linen really good . Good family space , very spacious and clean . Kitchen well equipped, kitchen draws openings difficult

− No Air conditioning in the kitchen and lounge , very uncomfortable environment , we did not use the lounge at all . Road access really rough , higher up the mountain than we envisaged , name on Villa not Villa Helios but Villa Las !! Front door needs a light outside , difficult to open with key .

Despite the couple of negative comments above (and they’re things that could be easily rectified), it has not put us off

The view was spectacular. The size of the villa was perfect for our group of 8. The infinity pool was stunning. Nice and local to the village, but you could not walk back up that hill easily so a car is definitely recommended. The daily cleaner was a welcomed surprise and she was meticulous every single day.

− The shower curtain in the second largest room didn’t serve much purpose. Due to the angle of the fixed shower head, water sprayed all over the floor. Had to cover the floor with towels each time we used it the shower. The kitchen and living room were amazing but had no air conditioning so we wasn’t able to sit in them as the heat was overbearing -especially the living room. The main bedroom upstairs was like a presidential suite but could do with some furniture upgrading - the chair at the desk is extremely worn and has badly cracked leather. The shower within the bath in this room had a mind of its own and kept flying off the wall causing water to spray everywhere- the tap for this shower also came off several times and we had to keep fixing it back in place. In the grand scheme of things, all of these issues could be easily resolved and did not spoil our holiday at all.

Amazing view all around need to see it to actually understand it. We had a fantastic time.

It is a spacious house which we loved with easy accessibility. The location was wonderful with exquisite views. It’s close to town but you’d definitely need a car.
