6.0The campy gimmicks are briefly entertaining, and the shower in the Cher room is phenomenal. Location is convenient for access to Sturgeon Bay activities.
− There were no staff on-site to check us in or answer our questions. We waited on the front porch from almost 30 minutes until staff got a hold of us. We were told check-in instructions were in a message we never received. Once inside, the lock to our room malfunctioned, and would not lock when we left, despite attempting the tips provided in email. The candelabra fireplace was nonfunctioning. The bed qas hard and uncomfortable. Given the room rate, it seems unreasonable to then also require guests to do dishes and take out trash, but such is the capitalist hellscape of travel in 2026.
