9.0Sehr zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig. Praktisch ist die tolle Bar gegenüber. Idealer Ort, um von dort aus Riga zu erkunden.
− Der Hinterhof ist etwas trostlos, was aber nur wenig stört.

4.0Seul point positif : le logement est bien situé et la place de parking est pratique.
− Manque de transparence concernant l’annonce : la machine à laver n’est utilisable que pour les séjours de 3 jours et plus, ou bien une compensation financière est demandée pour les séjours plus courts. Cette information n’était pas précisée avant la réservation. Lorsque j’ai fait la remarque à la propriétaire sur ce manque de clarté, la communication par message a été peu agréable… Au sujet du logement : Une odeur désagréable était présente. Lit pas très confortable un peu trop dur..
