9.0Location and space were amazing
Thank you for a lovely stay!
10.0The most gorgeous location, just steps away from the beach. The front and back gardens were secure, and felt private despite tall buildings next to us. The host was excellent, replying to any messages swiftly and accommodating a last minute stay after our other planned accommodation fell through. The bungalow was absolutely perfect for our needs! There is no "living room" however this has been mitigated by having a sofa bed in the larger bedroom, alongside plenty of chairs in the front and back garden areas and a dining table in the kitchen. As we were there for a beach trip, we didn't want to sit inside in a lounge anyway! The beds were comfy, all amenities worked as they should. Truly a gorgeous little bungalow! There were plenty of blankets, fans, books, games, cups, plates, even a tea set to use. A fridge with a small freezer section, ideal for ice cube trays in the heatwave! Plenty of washing up liquid, loo roll, clean towels and the host even left milk in the fridge to use! Check in and out were a simple process made easy with clear and prompt instructions from the host.
− Nothing to complain about here! Some other reviews I read prior to booked stated there was a "damp smell". This most certainly wasnt the case for us! There is a distinctive "sea side property" smell which is notably not damp, but I suppose could confuse someone who is unfamiliar. We also read one review that stated "black mould everywhere" - and I couldn't disagree more if I tried. It isn't a 'show home with no specs of dust' property, but it did not feel unclean whatsoever. It feels homely, comfortable, and a lovely base for a seaside trip. After having to leave another accommodation mid stay due to safety concerns and it being dirty, this was the entire other end of the spectrum. Thank you.
The property was perfect for our one night stay.

8.0Location was perfect - close to the station and very close to the beach and the De La Warr pavilion. Sam was super helpful and we particularly appreciated the tea, milk and biscuits.
− Property was cold. Unfortunately a small fan heater is not sufficient to warm the room.
Fab flat in a great location 👌
9.0The location was amazing and we were lucky to get parked directly outside but there's plenty of nearby parking at reasonable £££. A really comfy property with all the basics you need.
− The living room could be more comfy by having a sofa bed rather than a bed. There's not anything not to like. A great value property in a fab location.
