Good value for money and convenient location- staff are a highlight!
9.0The staff were incredibly helpful and nice! I stayed a few days at a time over a few weeks and had no issues, rooms large enough for me with plenty of natural light. Bathroom was very nice in all rooms and the beds were very comfy for me. Check in and check out were straightforward and efficient. Rooms were cleaned well! Nice location for me, easy to walk to supermarkets or town. Bus stop outside the town hall nearby also very convenient. I didn’t try the breakfast.
− In an ideal world heat controls in the room would be nice but I wonder that this might not be feasible in this building? Doors were a little loud as they slam if you’re not careful with them!

− They need to get themselves away from the "partner offer" option in the booking options. Even though I have contacted booking.com a couple of times to get my money back, they have failed to give me a full refund as they promised.

Only refurbished rooms will be on sale to book although public areas will still be undergoing transformation during your stay.
