3.0The location is great, but there are any better options in Walmer that are better value for money.
− The communication was poor and struggled to get hold of someone to get check in information. The lady I did eventually get hold of was very rude. The biggest issue was that the place was not clean - the shower and bathroom has evidently not been cleaned, with hair shavings still I. The shower and a previous guests' sponge. The linen was not clean and there was no duvet. The shower dripped randomly throughout the night and there is a very bright light right outside which shines through the curtains. I don't know how this place has such a high score.
