10.0Pohodlně zařízený asi 5 let starý byt, přesně jako na fotkách .Výtah a vše co najdete v dnešních novostavbách .Parkování /////zdarma v podzemním stání v domě. Centrum města pár set metrů. Klid a pohoda.

1.0Das Appartement kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich nicht in den Genuss kam, dort zu übernachten. Meine Reise endete nämlich an der Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage, dort hat es sich nämlich herausgestellt, dass ich mit dem Elektroauto nicht reinfahren darf. Das es diese Limitierung gibt wurde nirgends in der Beschreibung des Appartements erwähnt, ansonsten hätte ich es nicht gebucht. Ich habe die Buchung gezwungenermaßen stornieren müssen und mid eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Die Reaktion der Vermieterin auf die Situation war extrem schlecht, sie meinte, sie könne mir da nicht weiterhelfen und ich soll mir einen Parkplatz an der Straße suchen. Außerdem müsste ich auf dem einen Bild, das ich von ihr als Zugangsbeschreibung zur Garage bekommen habe, sehen müssen, dass die Garage für Elektroautos nicht zugänglich ist. Auf die Stornokosten hat die Vermieterin bestanden, so dass ich die Hälfte des Preises zahlen musste, obwohl das Verschulden alleine auf der Seite der Vermieterin lag. Das ist einfach nur dreist und unverschämt, somit wäre ich vorsichtig, wenn ich dieses Appartement buchen würde.

Pohodlný byt s podzemním parkováním.
10.0Výborně umístěné ubytování v blízkosti tramvaje, která jede přímo ke kongresovému centru a vlakovému nádraží. Naproti nákupnímu centru. Velmi milá hostitelka.
