8.0Comfortable. Very near lake Windermere and all facilities
− Steep hill to property. No garden or view from property from where you sit. Steep stairs inside with no banisters. Cannot open bedroom window.
OVerall lovely stay
8.0The location was very good - out of town but close enough to walk everywhere. The owner did respond quickly to the issue with the oven tripping and replaced it 2 days after we were there. They also kindly gave us a late check out which was great - thank you!
− 1 toilet for 6 people is a little difficult. And for 6 people they left 2 toilet rolls only. Also there were dirty pans placed with oil in the cupboard
Very Bad experience

− I recently stayed and had an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this cottage did not live up to its advertised standards. The room was dirty, with stains on the carpet and bedding that looked like it hadn't been changed. The bathroom was even worse—mold in the shower and a foul smell that never went away. The staff and neighbors were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the issues I raised. To top it off, the noise level was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning. However the neighborhood comes and breaches our privacy!!
