Location was good, easy to find. Holiday home was excellent. It was clean and most kitchen equipment were there to use. Had a Comfy beds and sofas with outside dining/relaxing option.

− My booking was from 16:00 - 00:00 so i was there at 18:30. Got there and there were no receptionist, clue less as not sure where to find caravan. Rang the number advertised on reception window, which clearly state "call Diego to see home or to collect the keys". Call the number but asked to speak with receptionist but it was closed and then he hang up. Left me hopeless so rang the number given on email, been told receptionist closed at 18:30 so go with code send out or door might be open. Was on number 6 caravan so found one with that number, door was open so got settle in. After 2 days of stay been told by receptionist was on wrong caravan and there is another number 6 somewhere. Planing to go on beach and were told to move to actual caravan wasted my time on moving from one caravan to other. Was booked on for Gold number 6 and i stayed at number 6 platinium. There were none information given in email as only stated number 6 gold but not newquay gold number 6.

The accomodation is clean and perfect for a vacation. The place is quiet that makes you more relax. Perfect to have a great time with family and friends.

− Its not that i like. Need to have a wifi for us to use the television and etc.

we liked our holiday but thought we booked for the liveier park with all facilities so was to quiet for us

− no wifi as we were informed you have to be premium or above and seeing as it was very quiet we thought we might get wifi and the other thing the days it was really hot it was extremely hot in the accomodation and no fans were available to keep cool

We were supposed to stay for two nights and we only stayed for one due to caravan not being clean

Spacious with everything you need

− Caravan was definitely not clean!!! Even the curtains had mould on them!! Ashtray was full of roll up buts. They were brown from being in the rain and dried out so had obviously being there for a while. Table had smear marks, chairs had sauce stains on them. Cobwebs in the corners. Dirty floor. Windows and tv were all smeared with marks. Sofa felt gritty with what looked like sand and bed sheets had makeup stains and smelt off.
