− La atención en la recepción fue muy desagradable. La recepcionista nos indicó que el datáfono no funcionaba por falta de internet y que solo aceptaban pago en efectivo o por SINPE. No ofrecieron link de pago ni la opción de utilizar mi tarjeta, y tampoco accedieron a cobrarme más tarde cuando el servicio estuviera restablecido. Le mencioné que en la plataforma de Booking no se especificaban esas limitaciones, pero no mostraron interés en resolverlo. Finalmente, para evitar más inconvenientes y porque ya era tarde, acepté pagar por SINPE. La recepcionista ni siquiera se preocupó por entregarme factura. Curiosamente, más tarde pedimos la clave del wifi y nos la dieron sin problema, lo cual hace aún menos entendible por qué el datáfono “no funcionaba”. En cuanto a la habitación, la ropa de cama estaba un poco sucia, no había jabón de manos, la base de la cama es de concreto y la pared entre el baño y la habitación es incompleta, lo que resta privacidad y comodidad.

− The fridge/freezer noise was sometimes annoying in the evenings - it was in the kitchen.
