10.0La situación, la limpieza y la piscina.
− La terraza está a la altura del camino por el que pasa la gente hacia la piscina. Si te sientas en la terraza todo el mundo pasa por delante.

− Het appartementencomplex zit bij het minder mooie strandje van Adeje. Veel Engels toeristen en karaoke bars en geen tapas. Stukje lopen langs de boulevard naar playa duque is echt de moeite waard.

10.0The apartment was very nice and quite spacious. A large living come kitchen area. A hallway to 3 nice bedrooms. One onsuite and two others spacious sharing a bathroom. The apartment could do with an oven and a washing machine gor clothes but the hotel main reception does have washing machines.
− Patio looks onto car park to rear of complex and this is where staff congrigate prior to starting their shift so there is some noise. But its nice enough

8.0La cercanía a las playas y que la zona está fuera del bullicio , zona muy tranquila . Apartamento muy limpio y muy bien equipado . Personal super amable .
− La zona común de la piscina necesita mejoras . El socorrista nos avisó de que fuésemos con cuidado para no cortarnos con los pies con los cuadraditos que faltaban del fondo de la piscina .
