10.0Excellent stay with great hospitality The location of the property is excellent and very convenient. The staff were extremely welcoming — the team member received us at 1 AM with a smile and even assisted us with parking.The room was very neat, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was large and comfortable with quality bedding. Amenities were thoughtfully provided, including shampoo, conditioner, handwash, and fresh towels. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and well-kept. Overall, we really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
− The property was clean and well-located. However, there is no elevator available, which made accessing upper floors difficult for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Parking is available in an open area, but the premises do not have a closed gate, which may be a concern for security. One suggestion for improvement: providing an electric kettle in the rooms would be very helpful for guests who need hot water for tea/coffee or other purposes

9.0Gestore veramente cortese nel fornire indicazioni e aiuti di ogni tipo. Stanza con letti durissimi ma tutto sommato comodi. Aria condizionata e tv ok. Tende per finestra super oscuranti. Comodo per raggiungere l’aeroporto.
