8.0Velký a prostorný pokoj, čistý, milá paní recepční.
− V den příjezdu jsme se dozvěděli, že děti mohou do bazénu pouze do 16:00. Obsluha v restauraci byla naprosto tragická.
Po našich zkušenostech si tento hotel určitě nevybereme. Osobně jsme cítili, že byl se vším problém.

− - objednání pobytu přes Booking nezahrnuje neomezený vstup do wellness (ten se platí 150 Kč/hod/os); ale objednání pobytu přes jejich stránky ano, i když cena se liší minimálně - děti do 12 let nesmí do wellness od 16:00 hod. - snídaně formou bufetu: malá běžná ucházející klasika; ale kozí rohy, okurkový a mrkvový salát, cibulky, kyselé okurky - proč?, to jsou pokrmy vhodné k obědu

9.0Gute Unterkunft für die Durchreise. Parkplatz direkt am Haus, allerdings für Motorräder etwas herausfordernd, da nur Schotter. Frühstück und Abendessen okay. Personal spricht kein/kaum Englisch, was die Kommunikation etwas erschwert hat.

7.0Byl jsem spokojený s personálem a jeho ochotou. Snídaně byly bohaté a velmi chutné.
− Nelíbilo se mi, že jsem nedostal pokoj, který jsem si zaplatil prostřednictvím Bookingu. Zaplatil jsem si pokoj pro dvě osoby a dvouleté dítě (já,syn a má sestra), jeden pokoj se dvěma místnostmi. Dostal jsem jednu místnost, manželskou postel a ještě k tomu bez přistýlky. Po reklamaci na recepci jsem se dočkal odpovědi, že to je chyba Bookingu a že mi nebudou dávat větší pokoj, když jsme tam jenom dva a dítě. Doplatil jsem si tedy ještě 720 Kč, abych dostal, co jsem již měl zaplaceno. Bylo to pouhých rozdílných 720 Kč na dvě noci, ale pokazilo to celkový dojem. Ne kvůli ceně, ale kvůli pocitu, že jsem se stal já prostředníkem „rukojmím“ mezi hotelem a Bookingem. Hotel bych nicméně doporučil, a to jen díky ochotnému personálu.
