− 1. No parking space. Black van blocked me in on day one, it took up the parking space fully on all other days. 2. Noisy next door neighbours - music from the garden every evening. 3. Noisy upstairs neighbours - conversations, movement at all hours. Paper thin walls. 4. Cigarette burns on the couch.

Great place to chill with friends or family. 2 bedroom and the large living room. Kitchen has the required utensils for the group trip. The area is quiet. 10-15 minutes drive from Bournemouth City Centre/ beach. There are nearby grocery stores and restaurants and parking space is easy to find as well. Recommend this place for your group.

Great clean, well equipped flat

Lovely spacious flat. Great kitchen with everything needed. This flat is a little tricky to find. It’s tucked up under a lot of trees behind other flats. The only was to make it easier, it’s next to house number 6, king Edward Road.

− Only thing for me, is upstairs you can hear next door very clearly. I’m a very light sleeper.
