10.0It's was a great stay for 2 couples for 2 nights. The rooms are separated by a little courtyard. We did not use the kitchen but looked well equipped for short stays. The house was clean and quiet, and the hosts were welcoming. Off-street parking is available however during holidays you might struggle to find space! Luckily we managed to grab one on our second try as a car had just left.

9.0Loved the location in Penzance. Very close to train & bus stations & to grocery stores & restaurants. View at end of street is spectacular! Clean & well equipped.
− We are 4 very fit seniors but found the stairs to be treacherous. Full railings would make a huge difference!

− For older folk a handrail for the stairs would be reassuring.
