− Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel despite its good facilities. We stayed at Nero Luxury Hotel in Cagliari from June 29th to July 6th. The room was clean, well maintained, and overall we were initially very satisfied with the hotel. That is exactly why what happened during our stay is so disappointing. My perfume, worth approximately €500, disappeared from our hotel room. My partner and I searched the room thoroughly several times over the course of three consecutive days, but despite our efforts, we were unable to find it. We immediately reported the incident to the reception desk. However, we were simply told that such a thing would not be possible. Unfortunately, no further assistance or proper investigation was offered. Even more disappointing is the fact that we contacted the hotel by email after our stay and have still not received any response. In my opinion, this is not the way a serious complaint should be handled. I cannot say with certainty what happened to my perfume. However, the fact remains that it disappeared during our stay, the incident was reported immediately, and our written complaint has been completely ignored. It is a real shame because, apart from this incident, the hotel was very clean and the room itself was excellent. Without this experience, I would have gladly recommended this hotel. Instead, I can only advise future guests to keep a close eye on their valuables at all times.

− No me enviaron el código para entrar al apartamento. No contestan el teléfono... Prometieron desayuno, pero no lo hubo. Están haciendo reformas en la planta baja... El apartamento en sí es bonito y está bien ubicado. El servicio al cliente es pésimo. Quizás simplemente tuve mala suerte.

− Premetto che, se una critica viene palesata con educazione e senso del rispetto, come mi auguro e spero mi sto apprestando a fare, può essere solo migliorativa di una condizione/situazione. Ciò premesso: appene arrivati in camera, a notte inoltrata, due blatte di dimensioni preistoriche ne avevano preso bellamente possesso. E' buona norma ispezionare le camere qualche minuto prima di consegnarle alla clientela per verificare che sia tutto ok. Per carità, può capitare, se alloggi in un lodge o in una tenda beduina ma non se scegli una struttura Luxury. Tutti sanno che predilogono zone calde ed umide, quindi adottate i dovuti provvedimenti. Colazione in camera: ci sta, ci mancherebbe, ma mettimi nelle condizioni di poterne fruire. Non un piano di appoggio, era presente nella stanza. Ci siamo serviti del letto come tavolino. Penoso! Sempre riguardo la colazione: il secondo giorno ci consegnano una colazione che non era quella da noi ordinata. Lo facciamo notare, si scusano, aspettiamo una buona mezz'ora e ci portano una colazione incompleta rispetto a quella ordinata. Tra l'altro eravamo molto stretti con gli orari avendo prenotato un'escursione. Mi dispiace, ma considerando anche il costo, non mi sento assolutamente di suggerirlo.

The location is perfect and the staff is amazing.

− The bed was not really comfortable. And the breakfast is served in the room which is nice but the trolleys in the corridor are quite noisy.
