We had an amazing stay at the villa. The views are spectacular—you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset from the pool, which made our stay even more special. The villa is spacious, with five large bedrooms and a bright, open-plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped, with plenty of utensils and cutlery, making it easy to prepare meals. Stephani was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She recommended some fantastic restaurants and beaches and even came over on our second day to show us how to use the mosquito nets. Overall, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with breathtaking views.

− Access to the villa is via a steep hill, so it's worth being prepared for that. We managed it without any problems in a van.

Felt like home in a luxury villa!!

We visited Halkidiki for business purposes and chose Villa Maria Luxury because we were looking for a beautiful, quiet, and high-quality environment. From the very first contact, the host was excellent and made us feel at home, offering warm hospitality and very helpful advice. The villa is truly a gem: comfortable bedrooms with high-quality and stylish furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, spotless cleanliness, a relaxing garden with a swimming pool, and a breathtaking view. The location is ideal for relaxation but also very convenient for easy access to everything. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay. You will definitely be our first choice!

It Was Just Perfect.Everything we where hoping for

The villa was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor area was lovely for having coffee and enjoying the view. The location was convenient but still peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for. The host was very friendly, responsive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this villa to anyone.

An amazing view and poolside garden with a few concessions.

The overall cleanliness of the villa, attitude of the manager, amaaaazing view, calm area, pool and poolside seats and loungers. The location is in a calm area, with the cull de sac road leading to three villas (the middle of which is Maria). The host was attentive and responsive even at odd nights. The villa provides poolside towels, and sufficient parking spaces (4).

− The villa is a little dated and two of the five bedrooms have limited access to open air (small windows just under the ceiling). The beds were mostly uncomfortable (new mattrasses needed in almost all beds), which caused discomfort despite the amazing sea view we had from two of the rooms. The villa has only two bathrooms (which may be insufficient for the amount of guests it claims to be able to host), the doors of which need to be fixed or replaced immediately as they wouldn't lock, or worse, wouldn't open properly. The pool is not heated, which makes it a bit chilly for September.

The location is excellent and the outside space, with the pool and the view is extraordinary! The kids enjoyed playing in the pool. The neighbours were friendly and when we had an issue with the wi-fi, Stefania, the hostess, was very reactive and very quick to contact the responsible company and inform us about the situation

− What we did not like was the fact that generally, in the area, it is not easy to access the sea because of all the vilas/hotels/houses/restaurants that are built and blocking access to the beach. Not related to the Villa Maria though. Just a general note about the area
