9.0Very comfortable accommodation with all the essentials provided. The kitchen and kitchenware were especially great. We had a small issue with the TV, but the host responded quickly and arranged a new TV with a technician the next day. Very responsible and easy to communicate with. The location is excellent and convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay
Perfect for our cozy family Christmas in North Van!
9.0The house was beautiful, perfect location for our needs. The bedrooms were ample size, lots of space. Dining room and living room was great. Rain prevented us from using the outdoor space but it looked nice. The projector and sound system was awesome!
− There were no measuring spoons in the kitchen. While we loved the projector, there weren't any instructions on how to use it or the tv, we just figured it out on our own. The handover was a little hands off but that was okay, the door code was easy to get in and all the amenities were ready for us.

8.0The location was very good for us, off street parking available. The house was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for our needs. The owner communicated well with us before the stay and made sure the bedding was non allergenic. Excellent WIFI/internet.
− It could have been a bit cleaner. Some of the bedding was a bit dusty. It would be good if the TV would allow for airplay or screen casting.
