10.0Posizione ottima in pieno centro storico e ad un passo dalle principali attrazioni. Pulizia degli ambienti e comodità del letto. Il bagno è un po' piccolo ma funzionale. Consigliato!!!

10.0I had a lovely stay at this accommodation in Arezzo. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the main squares and many of the city’s main attractions. Despite being so central, the area is very quiet and peaceful, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The place felt very safe and well-kept, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Arezzo

8.0Soggiorno eccellente! La posizione è ideale, a due passi dal centro di Arezzo e dalla splendida Piazza Grande. L'appartamento, seppur piccolo, è stato rinnovato con grande cura e attenzione ai dettagli, risultando estremamente accogliente. Un grande punto a favore sono il condizionatore, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole, e la connessione Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionante.
− L'appartamento è accogliente, ma ci sono due aspetti da tenere in considerazione per un'esperienza ottimale. Primo, l'accesso con l'auto può essere difficile per via della strada. Se viaggiate con molti bagagli, la soluzione migliore è scaricarli a piedi. Secondo, essendo l'alloggio ricavato in una parte interrata, si percepisce un caratteristico odore di cantina che è bene sapere in anticipo.

9.0Location was great ,bathroom was really lovely. Bedroom was comfortable. Really clean . Owner stayed in contact really well.Keep up the good work & good luck for the season ahead !
− Humidity was high . Bathroom drains obviously giving trouble due to odours . But I'm sure this could be sorted easily and would no longer be a problem. Very well done otherwise !
